This book is about a kid named Griff Carver, that is a crosswalk safety patrol. The intersection was the toughest in town because there were a lot of problem kids in the third grade. Griff gets kicked out of his old school while he was on safety patrol. When he goes to another school, Rampart Middle School, he signs up to be on hallway patrol. He gets kicked out of hallway patrol when a kid has a counterfeit restroom pass and the kid always brings his book bag with him. Griff chases the kid down but loses him. At the end of the book, Griff climbs into the air duct to get over the auditorium, where the Principal and Griff's mom were. He goes through the air duct until he gets to the wood working station. There he tries to stop the making of the counterfeit passes that 8th graders are making. Then he earns his Hallway Patrol badge back.

The Troopers find Boba because the Republic blew up the Count's underground hideout with missiles. They then tell Boba to come with them. They go to a ship called Candaserri and they take him to a orphanage on the ship. He meets a kid named, Garr, and they go to a cloud city on Bespin and he gets his dad's ship back from Aurra Sing, who is a fierce bounty hunter like Boba and Jango. The weird thing about Aurra Sing is that she was trained to be a Jedi, but now she doesn't like the Jedi's.

Gilramos loses his big huge hat and Boba gets it and starts going away. Durge comes up with a laser blaster in his hands and kills Gilramos. He takes the hat back to Jabba and Ygabba and all the other kids are now safe from Gilramos and Boba gets a lot of money. Durge dies by shooting the blaster and there was some oil in the ship and the Theed Cruiser blows up.

When Boba gets there he goes into a Mazarian fortress to track down Tambor. When Boba finds him, Wat Tambor is with General Grievous and Boba gets injured by one General's bodyguards throwing something that hits Boba in the shoulder. General Grievous and the bodyguards are both robots.

The United States attacked the beaches called Utah and Omaha at H-Hour, which means the hour of attack and this was from 6:30 to 7:30am. The British Army took over the beaches called Gold, Juno, and Sword at H-Hour. The boats that the soldiers rode in to the beach were LCVP boats that consisted of 32 men in each boat. Some of the LCVP boats carried amphibious trucks called Ducks and DD tanks. Since the waves were very high the Ducks and the DD tanks could not stay afloat and most of them sank. At the end of this book, the United States and the British get word that Hitler committed suicide and the Germans surrendered and gave up.

At the end of this book, the principle adds another day to the contest because she thought the contest was smart and all the grade levels participated. The contest ends with a tie and each team had 74 words against the other team.

Later in this book, Mullet Fingers helps Roy by hanging Dana on the flag pole in just his underwear. At the end, Dana goes to juvie.

At the end of this book he gets to live in a palace and steals a pod fighter, when he gets to the space station he finds his kidnapped sister.

When his classmates take him to the driving range he and his classmates find out that he is a very good golfer. They got entered into a golf contest and during the contest Birdie gets a heat stroke and has to be taken to the hospital so Bogie’s dad takes over her spot as teacher. They end up winning 1 million dollars from a golf club named Lua Kula.

Their mission in this book is to find out who is robbing jewelry stores and throwing the jewelry out of a plane onto the beach. The first piece of evidence is discovered when a guy with a medal detector finds it. When they get in Bump’s plane, who is the mayor, they find out that it was actually the mayor of the city who was the robber. When the police look through the mayor’s stuff they find a ton of jewelry.
Herbie goes to Monte Carlo By Vic Crume This book I about a car that can drive with no one at the wheel and his two friends. One is a mechanic and the other is a regular driver. They go on a boat to France. When they get there they learn the roads. When they are by the museum a big diamond is stolen and everybody that was near the building at the time was searched. The people that stole the diamond put it in Herbie’s gas tank. When they enter Monte Carlo, these two guys that stole the diamond start showing up to get it back. Herbie’s friends find the diamond and return it and they still win the race.
Schooled By Gordon Korman This book is about a hippie, Cap, which gets arrested twice. He is living with his grandmother on a farm called Garland. When his grandmother falls out of a plum tree, she breaks her hip. He gets arrested for driving without a license while taking her to the hospital. Since his grandmother is in the hospital he has to stay with a guidance counselor and her daughter that is mean to him. He becomes president of Claverage (C average) Middle School. At the end of the book, they think Cal was dead because he didn’t tell them he was leaving and going back to the farm. The 8th graders pay their respect to Cal in the parking lot because they were mean to him. He was actually there and he ends up telling them he was there. His grandmother sells the farm for $17 million Cal and she moved to a condo.
The Pushcart War By Jean Merrill This book is about a fight between the pushcarts and the trucks. The war started when a truck driver named Mack ran into a pushcart that was owned by Morris the florist. Then the pushcart peddlers started making special weapons called the peashooter. They were tubes that shot tacks that were put into peas. At the end of the book, the leaders of the trucking firms, the pushcart owners and the council all go to the Council building and it is decided that all the big trucks will taken off the streets so that traffic will not be as bad.

Admiral Drake sends him a penguin from the Antarctic. After a couple of weeks the penguin gets lonely and Mr. Popper writes a letter to an aquarium and then they send him another penguin. In a couple of weeks ten more penguins hatch at Mr. Popper’s house and he sign a 10-week contract for $5000 a week. Later Admiral Drake comes and tells Mr. Popper that he wants to bring the penguins to the Arctic and Admiral Drake asks Mr. Popper to come with him to the Arctic.

Their team consists of a coach that does not know a thing about baseball, players who are afraid of the ball and a right fielder that falls asleep during the game. After they finish the regular season games, the head ref calls the coach and the coach tells the team that there are still more games to come. At the last game of the playoffs, their car breaks down and a group of choppers called the Terror of Tigers bring them to the game two minutes before the game would be forfeited. They won the championship because the pitcher threw a curveball, which he didn’t think he could do.

Gina is his archenemy that is also on his fleece ball team. Another thing about Gina is that she got sent to detention because she was yelling at Nate about a project that they had to do together about Ben Franklin in the library. Also, a kid named Randy is his archenemy and he runs into a table that Nate and Teddy are bringing back to the cafeteria and as a payback he trips Nate at the Championship of the Fleece Ball games.

They find a lot of gold and they get locked in a cave with a rock door with their cousins. At the end, they find out that they have to go to Egypt.

When Claus and Sunny find Violet they were forced to do surgery on their sister. When they were about to start someone came in and said there was a fire so they ran away with their sister into the Ward of Nasty Rashes and they escaped into Count Olaf’s car.

They got entered into a golf contest and during the contest Birdie gets a heat stroke and has to be taken to the hospital so Bogie’s dad takes over her spot as teacher. They end up winning 1 million dollars from a golf club named Lua Kula.

When they get in Bump’s plane, who is the mayor, they find out that it was actually the mayor of the city who was the robber. When the police look through the mayor’s stuff they find a ton of jewelry.

When they get there they learn the roads. When they are by the museum a big diamond is stolen and everybody that was near the building at the time was searched. The people that stole the diamond put it in Herbie’s gas tank. When they enter Monte Carlo, these two guys that stole the diamond start showing up to get it back. Herbie’s friends find the diamond and return it and they still win the race.

This book is about a hippie, Cap, which gets arrested twice. He is living with his grandmother on a farm called Garland. When his grandmother falls out of a plum tree, she breaks her hip. He gets arrested for driving without a license while taking her to the hospital. Since his grandmother is in the hospital he has to stay with a guidance counselor and her daughter that is mean to him. He becomes president of Claverage (C average) Middle School. At the end of the book, they think Cal was dead because he didn’t tell them he was leaving and going back to the farm. The 8th graders pay their respect to Cal in the parking lot because they were mean to him. He was actually there and he ends up telling them he was there. His grandmother sells the farm for $17 million Cal and she moved to a condo.
The Pushcart War

This book is about a fight between the pushcarts and the trucks. The war started when a truck driver named Mack ran into a pushcart that was owned by Morris the florist. Then the pushcart peddlers started making special weapons called the peashooter. They were tubes that shot tacks that were put into peas. At the end of the book, the leaders of the trucking firms, the pushcart owners and the council all go to the Council building and it is decided that all the big trucks will taken off the streets so that traffic will not be as bad.
Mr. Poppers Penguins

This book is about a house painter, Mr. Popper, which loves to sit around the house and read about the Arctic and the Antarctic. Admiral Drake sends him a penguin from the Antarctic. After a couple of weeks the penguin gets lonely and Mr. Popper writes a letter to an aquarium and then they send him another penguin. In a couple of weeks ten more penguins hatch at Mr. Popper’s house and he sign a 10-week contract for $5000 a week. Later Admiral Drake comes and tells Mr. Popper that he wants to bring the penguins to the Arctic and Admiral Drake asks Mr. Popper to come with him to the Arctic.
The Toilet Paper Tigers

Their team consists of a coach that does not know a thing about baseball, players who are afraid of the ball and a right fielder that falls asleep during the game. After they finish the regular season games, the head ref calls the coach and the coach tells the team that there are still more games to come. At the last game of the playoffs, their car breaks down and a group of choppers called the Terror of Tigers bring them to the game two minutes before the game would be forfeited. They won the championship because the pitcher threw a curveball, which he didn’t think he could do.

Big Nate is about a kid named Nate Wright. He goes to school at P.S. 38. He has a couple friends, Francis and Teddy that play on his fleece ball team. Gina is his archenemy that is also on his fleece ball team. Another thing about Gina is that she got sent to detention because she was yelling at Nate about a project that they had to do together about Ben Franklin in the library. Also, a kid named Randy is his archenemy and he runs into a table that Nate and Teddy are bringing back to the cafeteria and as a payback he trips Nate at the Championship of the Fleece Ball games.

They find a lot of gold and they get locked in a cave with a rock door with their cousins. At the end, they find out that they have to go to Egypt.

Mr. Burgstorm reads it and David is allowed to go to the Polar Base with a couple other students and Mr. Burgstorm.

A couple of hours later, Esme Squalor came into the Library of Records and knocks over all the filing cabinets and Violet gets trapped and knocked out. When Claus and Sunny find Violet they were forced to do surgery on their sister. When they were about to start someone came in and said there was a fire so they ran away with their sister into the Ward of Nasty Rashes and they escaped into Count Olaf’s car.
